GENERAL MANAGER - TRADE FINANCE

Job Description


Quality Group come out with the opening for the position of "General Manager - Trade Finance"


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Looking for a candidate who is having 10 + years of experience as CA and total of 15 20 years.

The incumbent will be responsible for Company's financial and fiscal management aspects, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and Budgeting efforts. He/she will be a part of the senior management team working closely with the CEO and the EC, charting the company's future.

1. Handling LC Issuing & LC Discounting work
2. BG Issuance
3. Taking care Working Capital Demand Loan
4. Laisoning with Banks for corporate finance work
5. Tracking record for post disbursement compliances
6. Execution of Loan/Facility Documents

a) Business Plan projections and budgeting

Play a key role in the business decisions by understanding the business relevant metrics and carrying out financial analysis
Ability to take a contrarian view to the seniors and ensure the right fiscal decisions are taken.
Budgeting top down and bottom up and stretch wherever there is opportunity. Publish monthly P&L statements.
Cash flow management

b) Fund Raising and Investor relationship

Own the fund raising process through PEs, Banks, VC, NBFCs etc.

c) Financial reporting & Statutory Compliance

Provide daily/weekly/monthly/fortnightly reports and budget Vs actual
Responsible for accounting and financial systems, 100% statutory compliance and timely, adequate controls and accurate book keeping
d) Planning

Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Overseeing all treasury activities including banking, investment, debt issuance, and liquidity management.
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
Responsible for Banks Asset/Liability Management and recommending strategies to improve operating margins and liquidity.

e) Managerial and Leadership Skills:

A strong background in Management and employees supervision and leading diversify culture in the field of Operation.

Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
Oversee the issuance of financial information
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
Construct and monitor reliable control systems
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies


Ensure periodic job rotation of staff and develop their multitasking skills and to ensure their professional growth.

Actively engage the staff in performance feedback and counseling on regular basis to achieve desired results as per the objectives of the Department.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
The candidate should have MBA in Finance from Premier Institute OR CA / CWA / CS and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a family owned Company. Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
Proven knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bank reporting and regulations
Abreast of regulatory, taxation, and compliance issues and ensure adherence to all banking related laws and regulations.
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Hands-on experience with Tally.
Ensuring optimal utilization of available resources. Proficient in handling operations in compliance to the rules & regulation laid by various laws.
Preferred Liasoning with banks i.e should worked on LC, ABG, PGB , Credit Limits, Bank Guarantee.
Possess extensive experience in reviewing internal systems/ procedures and extending remedial measures/ suggestions for improvements. Have leadership experience resulting in better financial performance and enhanced systems for higher performance of the team.
Assist Management in framing critical decisions by providing inputs, analysis results etc.
Impart training to new and existing employees in the areas of Accounts, Finance and Risk Management.
Develop a team culture where the staff accomplishes the objectives of the Department with a spirit of achievement and success through joint effort and mutual co-operation.

Job Description for Cashier

We are looking for a Cashier for our Automotive showrooms, Hypermarket and specialty stores having worked with below mentioned KRAs

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Manager the POS / billing
Reconciliation
Stock in awarding / Out warding and ensure to tally the account
Maintaining CRM reports of the sales.
Coordinating with shift manager, audit, store manager, security, housekeeper, Keeping track of customer walk in.
Making reports and sending it to SBU head
Preparing daily reports, monthly reports
Training to crew members about cashiering.
Handling Petty cash.
Daily entry of Petty Cash vouchers
Excellent communication skills
Physically fit (to manage 8 hours shift)
Very much presentable
Minimum two years experience
