Electronic Cargo Tracking (ECTS) Port Sales Manager urgently needed – 1 Position, Dar es Salaam.
Utrack Africa Limited is looking for the right candidate for the position above.
Electronic Cargo Tracking (ECTS) is a project where Utrack Africa has been appointed by Tanzania Revenue Authority to provide Transit Cargo Tracking services to Transporters and Clearing Agents by renting out Electronic seals to the stakeholders at the various Transit Cargo entry points (DSM Port, ICDs, Borders, etc)
The right individual should possess solid Sales Management skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment with extremely high competition. The resume should demonstrate sufficient relevant competence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Utrack Africa meets its ECTS sales objectives and targets.

Requirements

• Team player with solid sales management skills

• Knowledge of regular Port activities is an added advantage

• Integrity and trustworthiness

• Logical and out of the box thinker

• Ability to multi-task and willing to put in extra time to meet deadlines.

• Ability to stay composed under stress/pressure and work in a fast paced environment.

• Detail oriented and highly organized

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal or no supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or in a relevant field.

• Three to five years experience in a busy sales environment.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Utrack Africa Limited is looking to fill the position above with the right candidate.
ECTS is a project where Utrack Africa has been appointed by Tanzania Revenue Authority to provide Transit Cargo Tracking services to Transporters and Clearing Agents by renting out Electronic seals to the stakeholders at the various Transit Cargo entry points (DSM Port, ICDs, Borders, etc)
The right individual should possess solid Accounting and Inventory Management skills. The resume should demonstrate sufficient competence in these areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily reconciliation of ECTS rental sales versus stock/inventory records. He will also be the chief custodian of the stocks of our ECTS Tracking devices.

Requirements

• Team player with strong accounting and stores management skills
• Knowledge of Tally accounting system
• Integrity and trustworthiness
• Logical thinker
• Ability to multi-task and willing to put in extra time to meet deadlines.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and work in a fast paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal or no supervision.

• High level of Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tally system.
