Chagotech Tanzania Limited mainly deals in Engineering service providers, Telecom, Machinery spare parts, tools, PPE’s, generators, compressor and general supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Holder of certificate in sales and marketing from recognized college or form IV/VI with experience and ability to perform sales and marketing responsibilities
• At least one year experience in sales and marketing, experience in project will be as advantage.
• Have a good command of English in daily communication.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Age from 23 to 26 years old
• Driving license, motorcycle rider will be added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Will be given sales targets and will be responsible to ensure these are met. Will be responsible to set a supply chain throughout the specified area.
• Scout markets in your area and generate sales leads by identifying customers ready to buy our product.
• Follow up and deliver it to customers to close the sale.
• Generate more sales leads by identifying more markets.
• Continuously checking pricing of competitors in the area.
• Organizing sales visits
• Demonstrating/presenting company products and services
• Looking for new clients and maintaining the old ones
• Maintaining accurate records
• Maintaining accurate records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Work closely with other employees in advertising market research
• Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition
• Developing and presenting marketing ideas and strategies.
• Organizing events and Promotional activities.
• Writing reports
• Managing campaigns on social media
• Able to travel around in Tanzania looking for new rooms of customers
• Perform any other duties that you will be required by the management.
