SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Maintaining job description for all staff
Providing administrative support to the HR team
Assisiting in the recruitment and selection process
Responsible for updating and maintaining the HR database
Responsible for the administration and maintainance of employee personnel file
Able to give policy and procedure advice to employees
Negotiating with staff and their representatives such as trade unions on issues about employment
Ensures planning,monitoring and appraisal of employee performance
